"I’ve been a policy holder for a few years now and I’m getting my wife a new car she needed insurance the previous wanted 300! On a 2026 jeep compass crazy! "Leo has been our family's State Farm Agent for many years and was our Agent until we moved from Bartow in 1995. He always provided excellent service and advice when information was needed for decisions regarding our lines of insurance. I recently contacted him again after our children inherited a home in Bartow following the death of my wife's father and step-mother. He helped us to navigate through the difficult waters of out of state ownership of a Florida home. Thankfully the home sold before State Farm cancelled our home owner's insurance through no fault of Leo's. Since we had paid for a year's coverage of insurance, the five grandchildren were due a refund on the premium but unfortunately the underwriters for State Farm were unable to understand the grandchildren and not the estate owned the home. Leo and his staff (especially Alexis) worked diligently to see that the money was refunded despite the fact that we were no longer customers of his agency. Their dedication to our family is so appreciated and in my opinion sets the bar high for customer service. Should we ever return to Bartow and own property, there is no other agent I would consider using than Leo."
