"I called in to give my odometer reading. As I was speaking to Ms. Emily I told her I needed to up grade my policy back to full coverage . She was willing to assist me. She also offered me other things I did not have on my policy.I am so grateful she offered me that .So I did accept those changes and I change my policy .She was so nice me. She listen me . "On Friday 3/20/26 approximately 3:30 in the afternoon I had a problem. I had to get some insurance policy information and have it Notarized and emailed to an attorney. I didn’t know how to do any of the above!! So Emily and another employee ( I can’t remember her name) stopped what they were doing and took care of my dilemma. "I’ve been a policy holder for a few years now and I’m getting my wife a new car she needed insurance the previous wanted 300! On a 2026 jeep compass crazy!
